BRAND NEW MODEL
Electric-hydraulic lifting of the roof – and electric opening and leveling of the stage floor
Our 60 m2 mobile stage has an electric-hydraulic roof lift, and two sets of separate cables and electric winches for each side of the stage floor. This way, there’s no heavy lifting or pulling when moving the stage floor in and out – it’s all done with a controller.
The stage floor is also raised to the desired height up to 1.3 m and adjusted via a controller on the new model.
6.5 m roof height – stage floor height approx. 1 – 1.3+ m
The new model has extra roof height – 6.5 m. And a stage floor that can go up to a height of 1.3+ meters.
We have more new improvements on the way – call for more info and pictures.
We are also working on expanding the mobile stage to 65 – 72 m2, but currently this is only possible by expanding the stage floor with our podiums. Like the mobile stages, they are certified by the Danish Technological Institute.

that’s quick and easy
Most customers find mobile stages with a curved roof to be the most beautiful, but still choose a mobile stage with a flat roof because it’s faster to set up.
But now we’ve developed a new model of the curved roof that looks just as good as the old model, but is much easier and faster to install.
The new curved roof is already certified for the smaller mobile stages in summer 2024 and was certified on the 60 m2 mobile stage in 2025.

Flat or arched roof
Flat roof
The roof is lower at the back of the stage to allow water to run off when it rains.
Roof weight and corner trusses
A flat roof can take slightly less roof weight, just under 1 ton for a 48 m2 mobile stage, evenly distributed on the roof trusses. We are awaiting final weight in the roof for the new 60 m2. The picture is of the old 60 m2 model.
Each corner truss can take 50 kg, and possibly more. PA wings (optional) are certified to 500 kg on each side.
The new 60 m2 flat roof is expected to be ready in 2027-28.
Arched roof
Curved roofs are slightly lower on both sides to allow water to run off when it rains.
Roof weight and corner trusses
A curved roof can take a little more roof weight, approximately 1 ton for a 48 m2 mobile stage, evenly distributed over the 4 roof trusses.
Each corner truss can take 50 kg, and possibly more. PA wings (additional purchase) are certified for up to 500 kg on each side. On the picture are short PA arms – they can carry 125 kg.

THE IMPORTANT Certification
Our 60 m2 mobile stage is getting ready for certification by the Danish Technological Institute for year-round use and up to 17.8 m/s.
In Denmark, mobile stages and stages where the stage floor is over 1 meter in height – or the stage roof over 50 m2, must be certified by the Danish Technological Institute.
Or you have to apply for a building permit from the municipality every time you set up.

Car and driver requirements
Our 60 m2 mobile stages are built with a maximum permitted vehicle weight of 3500 kg and can be driven with a regular trailer driver’s license.
But the “empty weight” is only about 3150 kg – depending on the roof type, flat roofs are slightly lighter than curved roofs.
So, depending on how powerful a car you have for towing the mobile stage, you can choose to have all or some of the loose equipment in the car that’s towing or have it all strapped to the mobile stage.

We have been selling mobile stages throughout Scandinavia since 2005, and were the first to have certified mobile stages in Denmark in 2015.
The new models are developed in collaboration with an engineering company specializing in mobile stages and a factory with many years of experience in mobile stage production.
All our mobile stages are custom-built to meet the certifications of the Danish Technological Institute and can only be purchased from us.
We try to have a 48 m2 mobile stage with the new and faster curved roof standing as a demo stage in Slagelse, so that you can to come and try it out. But we are completyly sold out for the summer 2026, and will not get a new demostage before autumn/winter.
